General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The very first thing is to evaluate your cardiovascular and neurological system through a thorough diagnostic test:
- EKG
- echocardiogram
- stress test
- EEG and neurological examination
- complete blood count to rule out anemia
- blood electrolytes to rule out dehydration
- liver/kidney/pancreas function test
- urine analysis.

For the moment, I can only advise increasing water intake with oral rehydration salts together with a multivitamin supplement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
